Maybe I tried the wrong pimento cheese.

I love cheese, but I agree that the fake cheeses are horrendous.

Cheese infused with chipotle is really good. I also had some very creamy bleu cheese where the rind was grape leaves.

I have been using the air chilled chicken - it tends to still stay very tender when you reheat it.
