Yes, you can’t really do it every single day. I would recommend maybe doing it only work days and then take the weekends off.
Even better if you limit it to 2-3 times a week.

I'm guessing because microdosing is often associated with shrooms.
I don't think I've heard of anyone using the term microdose when referring to any other drug, tbh.

I use to take .25g a day in a capsule for a month. The first couple weeks were awesome but then I hit a wall. I would recommend taking off the weekends or something like that.
