I’m going to have to see some malicious intent on video before I agree with a murder charge. We have to let these guys do there job and their job is dangerous and this was a known violent man with a history of carrying g weapons.

Let's say someone did that TO a cop, what would the charge be?
How is it different from shooting him dead?
The vehicle was used as a deadly weapon and resulted in death.
If the situation does not call for the lethal force then the charge of murder would seem appropriate
