I saw this movie, but the chick was a miner in the Iron Range of Minnesota.

Bad reason but I would agree woman in the police force and military is such a jacked up situation and always causes stress and Makes the team fall apart or at least crack and crumble at least once every year or two and someone gets fired or it gets brushed under then table.
It just what it is guys are horny girl are just as horny. Both are not disciplined enough to not flirt and then touch then one team member gets jealous or a bf/gf/spouse get jealous then Excuses have to be made on how and why things progressed. Then someone lies about not having a relationship at all, well now they are caught in a lie so nothing else they say is true. Then normally the girl gets to claim what ever she wants to save face.
It just all escalates so fast, the courts and laws are skewed imo to favor the woman, but it doesn’t always happen that way.
Imo same issue with the bathroom and having gender neutral bathrooms is a bad idea & doesn’t work, same with military, police and agency workforce needs to be separated. They can work together obviously they have too but no matter what there will be mingling there will always be alcohol and the will always be sex any time you work all together in these environments.
Idk the answer I would think two serrated police stations or two separate platoons or teams in the armed forces idk and I don’t have an answer but the way things are are not good imo
