re: Medical procedure coverage and denied claims

A lot of doctors offices don't have a billing specialist,they cut corners and just have their techs or receptionists do it, while they can do a decent job when problems like this occur they don't have the slightest idea of what to do. I'm almost certain I could get insurance to cover this.

I would get on the phone with the insurance company (yea this part sucks) find out exactly what they need and then tell the doctors office how to do their job.
