OLOL bought up a big section of covington by pinnacle park. Will be offices, clinics, and they hope eventually, a new hospital.

Probably a lot of incentives around revenue for the deal makers as well. OLOL doesn’t need to line it’s pockets since it’s “non-profit”, so the executives probably have revenue related incentives
