When i lived in mid city there were two subways on carrollton les than a mile from each other and another by city park by a burger king. And there was a burger king on the corner of tulane and carrollton. literally these are all in walking distance from each other. the same fricking chains.

How can you say not really?

while fun little concept, I agree that chains really water down whatever charm we are holding onto in the FQ

that being said, we need economic activity any way we can get it at this point
