Rhineharts Oyster bar was 1 of my go to places when I lived in Augusta 30 years ago, its just off the Washington rd. exit. The downtown river market and downtown area was just getting started and it was fairly nice.

There’s a couple strip clubs in old downtown area by the river. Or at least they were there 10 years ago.
