One requires you to wear a costume and the other doesn’t. This maybe because of religious kids that can’t wear costumes or maybe poor kids that can’t afford costumes.

Are you suggesting that a large portion of the population isn’t celebrating holloween because it insults the dignity of certain individuals?
I’m guessing you either made this entire thing up OR found one blog about this and it happens to be from some transexual, bi-racial nut job and have generalized it to these “liberals” you speak of.
