The problem is that it’s only Karen’s on Facebook doing the gymnastics to think it connects. For instance, it’s obviously not that simple because it’s not like jobs in hazardous conditions requiring N95 masks just make exceptions.
Additionally, even if there were: only instances of n95 masks being required would have teeth. If putting a piece of cloth on your face is all it takes to degrade your respiratory ability you probably need to stay at home on oxygen anyway.
Regardless of if you believe the mask restrictions to be warranted or not, I think anyone reasonable can agree that the surge of respiratory issues to argue against it are all bullshite.
My favorite are the folks who were fine wearing the mask for months but suddenly after being armed with FB coaching they just can’t do it with their asthma.
