If you think I was arguing against legalization you're reading comprehension is as poor as your intelligence and common sense levels. My post was a mix of sarcasm, facts and personal knowledge designed to make fun of your stupidity and the backwards arse thinking of the AL (where I live) legislators.
What are you talking about?

Too easy and logical for Louisiana to do. Louisiana will never have nice things. It's a shame but the politics and general ignorance of the population won't allow it. One of many reasons I took my talents to Colorado

There would be enough to help the state as well as giving elected officials more money to steal. So it would be a win-win

That's why I used to hold out hope that AL would eventually legalize. Because the politician's greed would eventually get the better of them, but AL is I think one of 4 States, 2 of which are Alaska and Hawaii, that doesn't have a lottery.
Which I don't care one bit about having a lottery because I wouldnt play it more than once or twice a year ago most, but it does piss me off thinking how much money leaves our state to FL, GA, TN, and MS by those that do play.
So I have given up all hope of AL ever making a smart decision in Montgomery.
