Haha - it might have worked if the cop wasn't directly in front of the car at one point trying to get the guy to stop.

I'm not sure about that. I think I could kill 4.5 bottles of wine in 2 hours, but I've never been close to 0.416%. 0.40% is lethal in many cases.
