Man shot by state trooper on Bourbon Street

Drunk guy going wrong way on heavily populated pedestrian friendly street. Cop gives him multiple warnings to stop then shoots for the safety of pedestrians.

Bourbon isn’t exactly a normal street. Disobeying orders to stop driving in either direction could be catostrophic
