it just me or have they skyrocketed in numbers too?!?! I can’t remember the last time I saw a female cop in my town, but watching videos on YouTube from channels like Midwest safety, and others, there seems to be a shite ton of female cops now on patrol all around the country…and not ONE of them is capable of handling an adult male that isn’t willing to be arrested without a fight.

There is a legitimate 30x30 (30% of female LEO by 2030) initiative that departments across the country are embracing at the expense of everyone’s safety.

I have met some badass female cops all across the country, but they are the exception.
