I’m aware of that. I guess I wasn’t sure if the pilot or flight attendants Have to flip a switch or something up front that allows those to be opened.
But obviously that would be most dangerous once the plane is pressurized.

Yes. Plus society doesn't "police" itself any more. Folks with mental issues aren't told they are crazy or held accountable, nearly as much as years past.
