Its obvious this dude is seriously ill, but what about the people who adopted this loon and lets him play with dolls and their grandkids. What kind of fricked up shite is this?

Pretty much this. We should all point and laugh, but if he wants to do this and someone else wants to play along, it's none of my business.
With one caveat: He shouldn't be able to get away with not paying child support. It's not fair to the taxpayers to have to make up for his refusal to take responsibility for his kids.

There's a whole lot of f'ed up going on here. First, the guy needs to die - if for no other reason, but to save the 7 kids the huge embarrassment. The people who brought him in - WTF??? They let this abnormality play with their grand kids?? And..to find out there's a whole trans-mutant neighborhood in Toronto gives me hope that all of these freaks will GTFO of our great country and move there.
