Yep, and don’t know. I would need vastly more information than I have now. I will say that booking charges tend to be... aspirational, if not accurate. You’ll frequently see a basic possession case booked as PWID, but almost never the reverse. Same with anything else. It’s generally uncommon for any DA to go higher than the booking charges, simply because LEO tend to book as high as is reasonable, and sometimes even push beyond that.

Race has nothing to do with the culture you are denouncing. It is a certain culture that is prevalent in poverty stricken areas. It has always been that type of life in slums and ghettos, no matter where it is in the world or what race the makeup of the poverty area is.
If you feel that the majority of black people will defend this type of shite, then you have managed to isolate yourself from black people for one reason or another.
Most black people don't care about the protests or the protesters. Most don't understand why they are rioting, and in no way support rioting.
Why? Because they have responsibilities and other more inmportant things in their lives than politics.
Maybe y'all should try to turn your back on politics for a while. Turn off the news, and quit scouring Twitter for a daily outrage.

I'm not going to dispute the rest of your post. Violence has always been present in every culture, and street violence especially goes with poverty for obvious reasons, but saying race has nothing to do with this type of random attack is just willful blindness.
And it would be obtuse to not presume that blacks constantly being told that whites are oppressing them would lead to violence against whites.
If poverty is associated with violence, how about being convinced that your poverty is the fault of white people?
Truth is, I think the violence against whites is a feature and not a bug for the people behind all of this stuff.
