If he went to prison he is likely a felon, in which case he is not legally able to have a gun. So I'm not sure the implications when your wife is being abducted and let's say it's legally her gun but it's not a good thing for him likely.
If only someone like Oldewarskule (sp?) was out mowing their grass next door with their sidearm on this likely never happens.

Some of you necks think it's the OK corral, and you can just shoot wildly at anything. There was ZERO risk of harm as they ran away. But he put the whole neighborhood at risk with his asinine shooting.
