What boycott is happening?
Apparently, at the Stop the Violence town meeting at Triple S convenience store, someone called for a boycott of white-owned businesses, specifically Walmart and the Mall of Louisiana.
I'm not sure how a boycott is a solution to stopping black on black killing.

They got something else on the plate today instead

Yes, let's complain about someone coming into the community to provide affordable housing options for those who don't have the means to purchase expensive homes.
Classic misdirection.

Yea I don't get it.
Gravy and co. bitch that no one wants to do any developments in North BR and the previous mayor steered people away from doing it.
Now a developer wants to come there and build 400 brand new homes and they don't want it.
Gravy and his followers will never be happy

Wait wait wait, so dumb Chauna complains about the lack of affordable housing and now is complaining about someone developing affordable housing? I'm so confused. Why is Chauna this slow??

That's the same way I feel when I learn an apartment complex within 10 miles of me accepts section 8.
ETA: Is she that dense to think that a developer would build anything other than low income housing in that area?

Come on now. This is the woman who practically advised her constituents to defraud FEMA.

I would like to think the development of 400 new houses would be an improvement to that area. Sure, it won't last and they'll ruin it like they did St. Jean Apartments, but temporarily it will be better.

She is the exact opposite of her outfit.

Does she want high income homes instead?
If they do that, the local residents can't afford them and people aren't moving there from South BR.

There are preliminary discussions to build a country club in North Baton Rouge that the tax payer will fund.
Services included are:
- 3 meals a day
- Twice daily phone calls
- Daily activities in the common area yard
- Library
- Religious services
- Utilities (lighting, air conditioning and water)
- Security provided
all in a secured and gated environment.

Not practically... Literally. On Facebook. For the public to see.

Bunch of whiny little bitches. Now they want to tear down all the monuments AND burn down the plantation homes. It must be exhausting complaining all day, everyday about everything.

It will be run down like everything else in NBR within a year or two. But that's not their fault... racism did it.
