Morning

Need to bring the boy to get a card for my husbands birthday today but need to pour the de-iced on the sloped driveway first. Kinda dragging my feet on that one.

Exactly. I feel pretty confident driving around town if I have to but don’t trust any of these other people who moved here to not play bumper cars with me.

Mr Brrr went to his office in Lewisville at 7:00 am this morning. Really hoping he can get back home this evening.

Looking at DFW, I see at least 15 AA planes waiting for a gate, 20 trying to de-ice or in line for that. Poor people are going to sit on the deicing pad and then the flight is going to cancel and they won't be able to get back to a gate. Yuck

I have driven in many snow and ice storms for work over the years, as well as living in Milwaukee for a year - the wife is from CO and can handle it, but we have seen 1st hand the idiocy of Bham drivers

Yeah. This is the huge, flaky snow you usually see in Colorado. Can’t believe we are getting this much of that kind of snow.

Just busted my arse when I opened the garage door to lay down the deicer.

They should be fine with the snow. Looks like the sleet has moved on, at least for now. DFW should be able to get back up running eventually.

Last AA flight to take off was a 947am to Cancun, one United flight at 1010am but other than that only arrivals. I'd love to see Dallas get like 6" of snow just to see the pics. Y'all are probably getting more snow than where I'm headed in Idaho

Experienced more snow outside of Wisconsin than we did while we were there, there is a massive hole in the snowfall for Wisconsin.

Same for me in BR. Down here they have trouble driving in the rain let alone snow or ice.

If it stopped right now, there would be more snow on the ground than I’ve ever seen before here. It’s not supposed to stop until tomorrow morning. This whole town is going to be a shite show until Sunday.
