The thing fricking worked.
Sure the landing was a bit wonky, and he didn't go very high. But the second parachute was actually timed beautifully to prevent the rocket regaining momentum, and it was a frickING STEAM POWERED ROCKET.
Dude launched a 20 ft rocket a few hundred feet in the air using hot water.
