Both! I have a friend that has bid on a couple already. Close, but no sale. He'll get lucky one of these times. His wife really wanted the Good Humor ice cream truck, but at 105K that was just a little out of his/her reach.

After 4 hours of messing with the garage door, I finally waved the white flag.
Called a professional. He showed up 30 minutes later and had it fixed in less than another 30 minutes.
I’ll learn one day that sometimes it’s cheaper in the long run to let a professional handle certain jobs.

The last time I had a spring break, the guy that replaced it showed me a little trick. He painted a slip mark between the long shaft and the outer spring attach couplings.
He said that over time, one of the couplings can lose torque and back off leaving the other to take the whole load and it will fail soon after.
Then periodically, take a look to see if one of the couplings has slipped and if it has, then wind it back before you have another failure.
