I wish.

My hair has been the same length for 20 years.

I've cut it all off, and it grows right back to shoulder length and stops.

My hair doesn't grow past my shoulders

My dad wouldn't let me pay him back if I tried

normally you actually have to work and show some sign of productivity...not everyone where I work is on the bonus plan...you have to be a certain pay grade to get one

Exactly. I'm getting hairlocs extensions. They're expensive at first then a couple hundred dollars to touch them up every couple of months

I think you should save the money seeing that just a couple weeks ago you were too broke to fix your car or get food for Randy... You shouldn't have to live paycheck by paycheck. What if something happened to you? How would Randy survive?

What's "change management"?

a philosophy that many comapnys are adopting.

here are a few tidbits from wiki

quote:

Change management is an approach to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations to a desired future state

quote:

Reasons for change[edit]

Globalization and the constant innovation of technology result in a constantly evolving business environment. Phenomena such as social media and mobile adaptability have revolutionized business and the effect of this is an ever increasing need for change, and therefore change management. The growth in technology also has a secondary effect of increasing the availability and therefore accountability of knowledge. Easily accessible information has resulted in unprecedented scrutiny from stockholders and the media and pressure on management.

quote:

With the business environment experiencing so much change, organizations must then learn to become comfortable with change as well. Therefore, the ability to manage and adapt to organizational change is an essential ability required in the workplace today. Yet, major and rapid organizational change is profoundly difficult because the structure, culture, and routines of organizations often reflect a persistent and difficult-to-remove "imprint" of past periods, which are resistant to radical change even as the current environment of the organization changes rapidly.[10]

I just don't understand feeling like a responsible adult and having no saved $$$, getting a bonus, and spending it on hair extensions.

I'm 27 and immature and I would NEVER do something like that with a child in my care.

Wtf are you talking about? I had plenty of money for food and anything else I wanted to buy. I just didn't have $3500 extra. Don't accuse me of not being able to feed my kid

Dickle, I do work. I just don't always have a lot of it. And like my boss said, I've done a good job of everything that was asked of me. Yeah I forgot some people don't get a bonus but they have to get a piss poor review
