Publix has a thing now, new to me, that you would love. It is an Olive Bar, like a salad bar. They have abunch of kinds of olives, olives mixed withed cubed cheeses, etc.

They didn't have any velvet cheese product though.

I don't know the brands but southwest from Sam's and the everything bagel from Aldi are my go to salads.
