I made a watermelon, cucumber salad with some sauteed trout a couple of nights ago, added red onion, cilantro, rice wine vinegar, and balsamic, wasn't bad

Yep. That’s a tennis players arms & back. More players should add squats to their routine. Jump squats are better to get more vertical for overheads and serves.
