Is that similar to LL and tD?

Will The Diplomat add more episodes for Season 2?

I feel like it was a major cliff hanger how the last episode ended.

Ayrton Senna
I saw Senna drive in person early in his career. He was the talk of the track. I had a brief conversation with Dr. Jonathan Palmer who drove F1 in those days. He said he tried his best to follow Ayrton in one of the practice sessions and could not believe how late he started braking going into high speed corners.

That's awesome, Mr. Pepitone.

I've heard the Palmer name before and I know he was an important figure back in the day. F1 history is fun to learn about.

Remember the sound of the V10s? I miss it dearly.

Palmer was a pretty average F1 driver, and a pretty good analyst.
I acknowledge Senna as being a great, great driver, he was never a favorite. I much preferred the Professor, Alain Prost.

Was it Suzuka when Senna crashed into Prost on Turn 1 on purpose? And wasn't that for the WDC?

Senna was a ruthless character...

Pretty sure. They actually had two episodes like that. At some point, I believe Prost just stopped talking to him.

He was always a middle of the pack driver. Must have brought some major sponsorship $ in his pocket. Always found it highly impressive that a real MD could also handle an F1 ride.

Senna's most amazing talent to me (and most others) was his ability to drive on a wet track and remain on slicks.

Palmer drive for some pretty blah teams: RAM, Zakspeed, and Tyrrell, from 1984-1989, although his F1 debut was in a Williams in 1982.
A very good rest and development driver, he became McLaren's test driver in 1990.
Palmer was also the British F3 champion and the European F2 champ.

You put a "?"

It's either that or he is having a patio bourbon to celebrate another work day completed. With DPH it could go either way.
