That’s good news.

I’m gonna run this afternoon. It’s been abt 10 days or so since I’ve run. It’s gonna feel like starting over again.

Shoulda hit up MRTN, I understand there are exercises that can be done in the home that can result in similar heart rate and O2 levels that simulate running between 1-3 miles based on pace and exertion.

I actually run faster than 12/min mile unlike TN...I stopped at 3-4 bars along the way so my time was skewed

MS, maybe 08 runs on 80 proof. Just over 6 miles on 6-8 oz isn't bad. That would put him at over 100 mpg.

I like to take shots at mile 10 of a half. That’s one of my fave running traditions.
