If you take a red 'tato and dice it vv small, between 1/4" and 1/8" pieces, boil them w/ salt, pepper, and garlic powder in the water, then add the flakes, milk and butter.

I have a 10 lb. pork loin (8.5 after trimming) That I am going to use 1/2 of as an excuse to make gravy. The other 1/2 on the smoker.
I am also going to make cornbread dressing again. I had it at T'giving, but want it again.
