A friend’s father used to be a DC lobbyist. He supported Bill Clinton back in the day because he said DC was crawling with elected and appointed criminals and they needed a master criminal to run the show.

I don't understand people who donate to presidential elections. Those assholes rake in millions upon millions from corporations and special interest groups, they don't deserve a penny from me.
I'll donate to a local election from time to time, but for selfish reasons, but I think its cute how people think one person getting elected over someone else will make a huge difference. Some things might get done that the other person didn't do, but then they might frick up something the other one was able to do a good job with, but they are all shite.
