There’s a bbq joint in New Boston TX that makes awesome burnt ends. I was in there seated near 2 guys having lunch one day and heard 1 guy tell the other that he had eaten bbq all over TX and Randy’s burnt ends were the best in the state.
eta: I should add these are brisket burnt ends - not piglet foreskins.

In Nola, Central City BBQ does a decent job on both brisket and pork burnt ends.
