sound like someone I know. And by that I mean me.

My workers comp paid an employee of mine almost 80k for a fake back injury even though she continued working a part time job as a high school basketball coach. I had video of her shooting jumpers in practice while she was on bed rest with a debilitating injury They eventually just paid her to go away.

This dude was a DoorDash driver standing outside a restaurant waiting on his order when I swerved and sideswiped his car to avoid getting hit head on by another driver coming right at me.

He claimed he was sitting in his vehicle then after we exchanged info and decided to let my insurance pay for everything we didn’t call the cops

Well later that night, once he got home, he called the cops and filed a police report and accused me of a hit and run

I gave the dude my DL and insurance card how the hell is that a hit a run?

BTW, he lives in the East

My workers comp rate almost doubled for three years

Can I work 4 u?
