I have had the lazy since waking up this morning. I brought can of Sketty-O's, with meatballs, and a jar of PB and round crackers. Coffee and Crystal help it not be so nasty.

Lunch today consisted of a burger, fries, four Reeses cups, two pieces chicken, double order or rice and three Powerades. I had taken too much insulin and bottomed out right before lunch....shakiness, cold sweats, confusion.......Good to go now.
