i ride me cruiser bike at least 1/8 mile per every other day. sometimes less if get tired. and i don't wear no gat damn sissy helmet either...that's how i roll.

i run on a middle school track, but my right calf is fried. i can only do a couple nights a week. my calves irl are jackhammers and are not built for distance
