He reportedly is an awful example of how to conduct one’s self in a public setting.

I would imagine his upbringing the the unimaginable amount of pressure that was put on him at a very young age has a lot to do with it.

How do you feel about Kobe Bryant?

I don’t judge him as a person. That’s not my role in life.

I like him as a golfer and appreciate his desire to dominate and win. He’s a winner and I like winners.

I’m just a casual observer of the NBA but he appears to have some personality traits that are not ideal.

I’m not a basketball fan at all.

However I was and still am a MJ fan. Always will be

This makes no sense, especially relative to what you quoted. Not even a good deflection.

I do not know him. I don't admire him from the many things I've read and from the things I've observed about his behavior.

Literally anyone but him. I like Many of the golfers who comport themselves well in public. Treat the fans well.

Every time his name comes up I can’t help but remember the press conference following his alleged infidelity where he looked like a caged rat and incessantly licked his lips.

What qualities of grass are best for horses? Type of grass? Moisture content? Green-ness?

So you don’t like him or pull for personal reasons, but you don’t know him, and I like him and pull for him based on his professional career and what he brings to the sport?

Gotcha.

What other professional athletes in other sports do you have personal vendettas against, although you don’t really know them personally?

So you have no memories of his incredible wins over the past 20+ years?

I’ve seen highlights of his play and of course he was a tremendous talent but I don’t recall ever sitting through more than a few minutes of any game he ever played. I’ve heard critics say he was no better than anyone else shooting wise when the game was on the line.

Pay attention.

I don't know him. I neither like, nor dislike him. I also don't judge him as I have no say in any situation in which he sits in judgement. However, I don't believe you can completely divorce the golfer, in this case, from the man.

K. Bryant was a winner, you like winners.

How so? You don't know him.

quote:

what he brings to the sport

Has been well known to have a filthy mouth in front of fans, kids and women alike. It was only in the last few years he even acknowledged other humans.

He's an a-hole and a prick.... Oh, wait.. The connection is getting clearer.
