Heya Aspy,

Keeneland started this past Friday, you ever get there?

I had a previte for Breeders Cup that was due this AM. Was there for American Pharaoh but they sell the track in sections and you have to pay for a box and a table, no combos anymore.

With the weather changing daily at that track you need an indoor place for cold and rain.

I used to go almost every weekend when I lived up there, but I haven’t been in forever. I love it.

If you want to go, just let me know. Get you the VIP (old school of course, not those danged corporate seats up top).

Went to one like that recently, too.

That's the way to do it.

Hi 7s

Cheese, good seats are always wasted on me. I prefer to go from the paddock to the rail and back.

it was very well set up, wedding was outside(Derbes,) quick and dirty, reception in the rear , dining areas and full bars were scattered around the back yard with food servers constantly bring little crawfish pies and boudin balls, buffet near the bars, 292 people RSVPed but if that many showed up you couldn't tell because of the way things were arranged for the reception, very well thought out

Most times I never get to the track, just hang in the barns. That said I am the barn side of the track, not the Clubhouse. Back gate, box near the sports bar, and easy access to the front and back. More old school and less 30K millionaires on the other end of the track.

Current presidents grandfather worked the Keeneland / Oaklawn circuit back in the old days.
