That would be the amount he has decided he can spend...but that's not important now.

glad you said that. IMO you need to go with an old school platinum ring with lots of filigree https://www.therealreal.com/products/women/jewelry/rings/platinum-diamond-engagement-ring-3 bitches love that shite.

I don't know, the future Mrs. has her eyes dead set on

I think $1180 is outlandish, but then again..she has redeeming qualities.

Yeah 1200 bucks for a bag is steep. I could checkerboard up a paper bag from HEB and it would look similar, plus it would be creative.

ETA: Then I'd be single again and have saved 1200 bucks. Woohooo

I 'preciate the advice. Scoobette seems to prefer the classic solitaire which made my job pretty easy.

for $1200 you could get a secret vasectomy. out patient procedure. minimally invasive. swelling for 2 days but say you're sick.

Yeah. May wait for one of those no tax today things and splurge. Playing scratch-offs has yet to yield the necessary amount. I think it's actually put me over.

Or you could go to the scrip club with arse and get more action than the future Mrs.Doesntmakesense will ever give you.

The one I go to, I don't pay. Fringe benefit of working for uber-wealthy people - normally 1 out of the 400 owns a titty bar.
