I use good under eye cream, but the second I put on ANY concealer (ever hydrating) it dries out my undreyes and then sinks into lines.

I’ve been using Tarte Shape Tape and it worked. I just wasn’t very happy with the color and got some Too Faced Born this Way concealer. I’ll let you know how that works.
