I have blue eyes that’s change to violet and sometimes to green. It’s the weirdest thing.

I generally have trouble sleeping but I now do some (you’re going to think I’m crazy) meditation before bed and it works.

I may have took my meds too late

Also have always had trouble sleeping when the little one is under the weather
