You need to be raising some hell over that situation. Replacing a circuit breaker in a modern-day distribution panel is a very easy fix.

The whole panel thing needs to be replaced from what we were told. Property manager said we will get some sort of refund for rent for every day without power since we had to get a hotel last night. Our dogs staying with my aunt until this is resolved.
