Not sure if there is a correlation but seems those who work the polls don't get called for jury duty. Maybe there is an unseen reward to you after all.

I like jury duty - judging is one of my hobbies
Being on the Depp jury would have been interesting. I've been on one in Ohio. Also been a plaintiff before. I love law. I'm the person that reads all of the court documents for cases in the news
