A salesman's value is all about the connections he has in the industry he's working in

I agree with that...
I did really well in a business development role where the company already held the contract, I just serviced it. I'm good at smoothing shite over and making people feel they are getting their money's worth...
But besides the bartending hospitality industry where in the city I have more contacts and connections i know what to do with, i don't have any other places to reach out ya know...

Lack of a college degree doesn't mean squat. What are you passionate about? What do you WANT to do?
You seem pretty outgoing, if you can sell things, you will make connections over time.
I would adjust your resume towards two major fields like business/sales and customer service/management. Use personal statement to drive your message of why you are qualified for that general type of position and choose experience points and personal references that reflect that.
Then apply... everywhere.
One of the major things I told Ms.Scoob in her recent search was to look at it as if you were selling yourself. What are you worth? What job do you want? You are interviewing the company just as much as they are interviewing you.
Make a list of requirements that you can't bend on such as working weekends, minimum pay etc. and keep those in mind when interviewing.
I am one of the many college graduates with a job that has nothing to do with my major. It's all about starting at the bottom and working your way up.

Hey Saint I obviously don't know you but you sound like you have the personality to be successful in sales.
My idea would be to use your hospitality connections to line up a sales job with a supplier/distributor in that particular industry (hospitality).

The thing is I honestly believe I have a good bit of talent that could translate into many fields, it's just I have no particular skill set so don't know where to start and have nothing to showcase.... I mean honestly my people skills, sales type skills are really really good... if I can actually sit down in front of a hiring manager, I can talk him out of his job, it's just me getting to that point right now...
If the bold above are all true, and you are not easily frustrated, AND handle rejection well, you should be able to find something in a sales job that is primarily, if not totally, on commission. Product knowledge is what you seem to be lacking. The obvious holes/sketch areas of your resume need to be forthrightly addressed. A company will not have much investment in you and you will be more on your own. There are many products/services in the market for this type of work. From your prior/current work you are no doubt meeting folks with connections..focus on those that can do you some good.
Sell yourself.
