Ladies I have a question. I am letting my hair grow out and is there anything that you can do when it's humid as frick outside so your hair doesn't curl up?

Oweo, since you live in a place that's humid af, I'd suggest going with a style that allows your hair to do whatever it does naturally... Adding product and/or chemical straightening will just make it greasy and/or frizzy

On a products note...I was on the gram yesterday and came across a girl who had naturally curly hair and it was gorgeous. Come to find out she follows the CG method (curly girl method). Which is wash only once a week to 10 days with sulfate free shampoo, and use lots of stay in conditioner and then a gel/mouse product and be on your way. I’m seriously thinking bout trying this out because if I can get my curls like hers I would never straighten my hair. For reals.

I'm lucky in that I have stick straight hair

my only problem is that it's very fine and I like bigger hair. but to get bigger hair, you can't have it smooth. such a conundrum

My hair is all sweaty and up in a helmet 5-6 days a week. And I mean SWEATY. I can’t do that.

See, I like the glossy

My lips are tiny and need all the help they can get.

So when you see a woman whose hair looks kinda wet and greasy, it's likely she has product in her hair so it doesn't curl up?

No, that's just a lazy girl that doesn't want to wash her hair and hasn't discovered dry shampoo yet

Oh have you tried that line called big sexy hair? No idea if it is good or crappy. I can’t touch the stuff. I can’t imagine what it would do to mine.

Aspy I wear mine up ALOT. but that’s because it’s not gorgeous curls and it’s hust an easy way to deal with my hair. I still workout 4-5 times a week and it’s sweaty but my hairdresser said that curly dry hair is fine to wash once a week even when working out. Unless it is rank and stinky and I don’t seem to have that issue.
