I have two really good dips that I make that I put so much red pepper in. So fricking good though.
My boo isn't a big fan of spicy food though, so I've learned to scale back a little bit or just season some of our dishes separate.

I'm heavy handed with a lot of spices, now that I'm thinking about it. I have my go to blend for roasted veggies, which is like a salt/pepper/onion powder/garlic powder/olive oil concoction and whatever else I'm feeling at the moment.
He is a good cook too though, so I just let him do his thing and then I go behind him and add more salt to my food which I think secretly upsets him.
