Yeah its something I never really thought about but a friend on FB who is my age said his doctor told him to watch it and said to keep it at 350 a day. He then posted a list of how much is in certain foods. fricking eggs man.

Skillz, I don't think I'm ever moving back to baton rouge....I still have one last hope for a job down there, but it just doesn't look like it's in the cards. I even told them I'm finally ready to come to terms with a large paycut.....we will see if they bite
