This time will be overwhelming, and the near future will suck for some time. If you are like me (pray you are not) I was angry for a long time because everyone went on with their life as mine lay shattered.
Use your support structure to the best of your ability, and try not to bottle up those emotions too bad. I ate my emotions, along with bear claws 2 at a time. it wasnt pretty.
