I thought you had mentioned that the docs and you are trying to reach certain weight, bp, cholesterol numbers...I am mis-remembering?

Ah, gotcha. I go to see my cardiologist next week for my next check-up. At my last one he was happy with my progress. My weight is between 190-195, which by my build is a a healthy range for me. When they tested my heart, it showed to be at 35% effectiveness, which is up from 20% effectiveness before the open-heart surgery. My liver and kidney function was showing right at normal as well. I'm hopeful that when I go back next week I'll be able to come off at least some of the meds (I take like 16 pills a day). As for my blood pressure, it's stellar, usually like 106 over 60 or something similar. Hart rate is usually in the upper 50s, low 60s.

Thanks. I think my recent vacation with my family was a bit of a milestone due to the fact I was able to keep up with my wife and kids, even walking around Cozumel all day in the heat. I'm light years ahead of where I was or even where I expected to be.
