A Veggie Noodle Bowl, consisting of Butternut squash noodles, pickled beets, thai basil, cucumber, red onion, pickled shiitake, jammy egg, ginger tahini sauce...plus a cup of Housemade chicken bone broth, 1/3 of a plate Buckwheat Pancakes (topped with coconut banana whipped cream, raw granola crumble, lavender maple syrup), a glass of ice matcha latte (With house made almond cashew mylk) and some chicken sausage (made from scratch in house)...plus water.

It's quite a lunch. I can honestly say that I've never in my life eaten probably 80% of what you posted. Never tasted it.

I don't mind regular basil on some italian foods. But never had any thai basil.
Beets make me want to throw up, and that's just from looking at them come out of the can, sliced and purple with slime dripping. Never ate it. Never will.
