Yes it is. 97 to 83 in about twenty minutes flat.

Accuweather shows a high sunday of 88, a high! I may cook gumbo or jambalaya to celebrate.

Not chicken, I will usually use file to thicken chicken and okra for seafood.

You're right it is a preference. Putting peanut butter in a gumbo is a preference as well, doesn't mean it's right.
