Aspercel,

In all honesty you should get your electrolyte levels checked.

If you're doing a lot of labor intensive activities and not hyrdrating correctly it can throw everything out of whack to include your sleep cycle and more importantly your REM cycle.

Just a thought.

I find it creepy that he ask you that.. Just because I can picture him thinking "hey husband aint home? I bet if she gets a piece of PJ she will tell him to never come back home".

Aspy I have had sleeping problems in the past.. To the point I ended up having to go see a doctor. I would get no sleep or sleep very little in a 2 or 3 day span then I would fall asleep because I was so exhausted. In a week, I would get 2 nights of sleep.. If I was lucky.. 3. It sucks. After awhile it can really have an affect on you so be careful..

Hell, Aspy - I thought you knew the OT was chock full of kind and compassionate people who care much more about others than they do about their own well being.

Thanks oweo.

I'll be fine.

Yesterday was my own fault. I try not to drink any caffeine after noon or so.

Oops.

I'll sleep tonight.

That's good. I assume you read before falling asleep right? Do that help relax your mind at night?
