I’m good from 160-50. Anything under or over I can’t seem to find the right stroke to land it on the green. It’s frustrating

I haven't seen you play lately, but 99% of the time this is too much back swing. Then your brain tells your body that it's too much, and you try to slow down, you decelerate and don't make good contact. The key is to take a short backswing and stay aggressive. Also keep your weight forward so you don't sway .. Swaying makes crisp contact very tough.

You nailed it. That’s exactly the problem

I just don’t get to play enough anymore. My ole lady made me give up a few hobbies and choose which ones I wanted to keep. Golf was one that I chose to give up so I only play 3-4 times a year now. Not nearly enough
